Diving Quality and Safety is what we pride ourselves in. We spend more time with each individual student to ensure their proficiency and confidence. Our training includes courses ranging from Open Water to Master Diver, DM and Instructor and train Technical Courses ranging from Advanced Nitrox, Trimix and Cave.
Being at the epicentre of the South African diving population in Sandton, Gauteng, what we generally do is split the training between “Inland” where we complete the theory of a given course and practice skills in the abundant inland dive venues in and around Gauteng province and “Coastal Water” where we then travel the 700km’s to the idyllic coastal venue of Sodwana Bay to complete the course in the sea. We feel this important as the candidate gets exposed to a variety of conditions, which attribute to him or her becoming a more well- rounded and confident diver.
We have very good inland venues for training of the entry level technical diving courses and we pride ourselves on training world-class technical divers. The important focus point for us is to spend more time with students to ensure they are well-rounded in terms of skills and expertise and are confident in a variety of conditions.

Meet the Team
Francois Bain
Having been exposed to Scuba and freediving from a young age, I draw from nearly 40 year’s varied diving experience. I gladly share what I’ve learnt through the years with others.
My passions are twofold. I love deep technical and cave diving. I also am an avid freediver and spearfisher.
I have a lust for exploration, so I have a pretty long bucket list which I am constantly adding to. This does lead me to some very interesting, often exhilarating and mostly untouched dive destinations.
If this sounds like the kind of stuff that gets you excited, then I’d be happy to have you tag along.

I took my first plunge into the diving world in 2010 and haven't looked back since. Now a certified instructor, I am passionate about helping others discover the magic beneath the surface. Known for my fun, outgoing nature, I create a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment - whether you're taking your first breath underwater or working towards your next certification, I look forward to helping you on that journey.

I am a technical diving Instructor and very passionate about technical diving and cave diving and in March 2021 I set a new Woman’s World Record for the deepest Scuba dive with a depth of 236.04m, in Boesmansgat Cave in South Africa and in October 2022 bettered that record with a depth of 246.56. I have a passion for exploration and also enjoy teaching others and sharing my knowledge and passion for technical diving.

With over 13 years of diving experience across multiple continents, I bring a global perspective and deep love for the underwater world to our team. As a certified entry-level diving instructor, I have a passion for introducing new divers to the magic of the ocean in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. My interest in amazing food is only rivaled by my passion for tecnical diving, and I believe that great dives and great meals go hand in hand. Whether you're taking your first breath underwater or just looking for your next adventure, I would like to be there to make your diving journey unforgettable.
